🐾 Returns & Exchanges | Big Wags
At Big Wags, we want every dog—and their human—to be completely happy with their purchase. If something doesn’t fit just right or your pup isn’t strutting with confidence, we’re here to help make it right.
🛍️ Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging, with tags still attached
- Free from fur, damage, or signs of use
Returns must include your order number or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.
To start a return, email us at bigwags.co@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Do note, a $5 fee will be charged for any returns or exchanges.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging, with tags still attached
- Free from fur, damage, or signs of wear
To request an exchange, email us at bigwags.co@gmail.com with your order number and the new size or item you'd like.
We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship out the replacement within 2–5 business days.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Do note, a $5 fee will be charged for any returns or exchanges.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
